Shelter Clothing & Blanket Distribution -- 2

Job ID: 40209238

Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR

I’m putting together a small outreach effort focused on food and supplies distribution, and the first milestone is getting warm clothing and blankets into the hands of people staying in local shelters. I need practical help turning this idea into an organised, on-the-ground action.

Here’s what I’d like you to handle:

• Map out three to five shelters that can accept donations this month and confirm their current intake procedures.
• Source or bulk-purchase new or gently used blankets, coats, sweaters, socks and similar cold-weather items; aim for a balanced mix of adult sizes and a smaller batch for children.
• Coordinate packing, labelling and transport so everything arrives on the agreed date in good condition.
• Capture simple proof-of-delivery: short notes from shelter staff and a few photos of the hand-over (no photos of residents unless the shelter explicitly approves).
• Provide a concise post-distribution report summarising quantities delivered, any immediate feedback from staff, and recommendations for the next round—possibly adding non-perishable food if the shelters welcome it.

If you already have contacts in the nonprofit space or experience with last-mile logistics, that will help move things faster, but determination and clear communication matter most. I’ll reimburse documented expenses and release payment once the final report and photos confirm the drop-off.

Let me know your timeline to complete the above so we can make sure no one in these shelters goes without basic warmth this season.
