Russia-Mexico LCL Logistics Help

Job ID: 40321168

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have 70 ASIC miners sitting in Krasnoyarsk that must reach Chihuahua, Mexico. The plan is to ship them by sea in a shared container (LCL) to keep costs as low as possible. What I need now is not just a name of a carrier but hands-on support with every regulatory step between the warehouse and my door.

Your role will focus on paperwork and compliance. That means taking charge of:

• Customs-clearance documentation on both the Russian export and Mexican import side
• Accurate shipping labels and commercial invoices in the exact formats required by the carrier and customs authorities
• All import / export permits that apply to electronic equipment and high-value goods

Alongside the paperwork, I expect you to identify and liaise with at least two reputable forwarders that can collect in Krasnoyarsk, move the cargo by truck to the nearest port, book the LCL sailing, and complete final delivery to Chihuahua. I will need contact details, estimated transit times, and a breakdown of charges for each option so I can choose quickly.

Fluency in Russian for local coordination and enough English to brief me clearly is essential. If you have previous experience shipping electronics out of Russia or clearing Mexican customs, please mention it.

The items will be ready to move out after 60days when we find forwarder
