I need a reliable specialist to move freight by road, coordinating everything from the moment cargo leaves my facility until it reaches the consignee. Your role covers carrier selection, route planning, regulatory paperwork, real-time tracking, and proactive issue resolution so the load stays on schedule and within agreed cost targets.

Right now the focus is strictly road transport, but I value someone who knows how decisions here ripple through the wider supply-chain—knowledge of rail or air alternatives is helpful for future expansion even though they are not part of this initial brief.

Key deliverables
• Confirmed trucking capacity for each shipment with clear pick-up and delivery times
• Completed compliance documents (BOL, permits, insurance certificates) ready before dispatch
• Live tracking link or milestone updates at departure, mid-route, and proof of delivery
• Post-trip report summarising transit time, costs, and any exceptions handled
