Retail Market for Steak and Seafood

I'm looking to open a new retail market specializing in both seafood and various steak cuts. The market will not only sell fresh and frozen products but also offer delivery services and feature an in-store dining area.

Key Requirements:
- Design a layout for a retail market
-we will have multiple display freezers and a few display coolers
-we will carry wagyu steak and seafood
- Incorporate an outdoor seating area (we have a screened in area where we will put seating for people who want to drink their coffee or eat ice cream)
- small area for a coffee and ice cream section inside market (we will have a menu behind the counter showing the small amount of offerings)
-small area for non perishable items like spices, wines, pet treats
-near the front doors a checkout area and behind that an area to work on a laptop with some storage
-providing pictures of space, the benches, tables and current counters will be removed. The stone wall will be lined with stand up display freezers, we need a place in the middle of the store for 2 display cases that are refrigerated
