QuakeCon GPU Pickup & Ship Aug6
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am hiring a reliable person to attend the first day of QuakeCon 2026 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.
Date: Thursday, August 6, 2026
Location: 1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051
You must arrive at least 45–60 minutes before the public opening time and enter as soon as the event opens. Your first priority is to go directly to the NVIDIA or participating partner booth and look for the official NVIDIA collectible card giveaway.
Responsibilities
Attend QuakeCon on the first day and arrive before opening.
Collect any NVIDIA collectible card packs that are legitimately available to you.
Politely ask willing attendees whether they would like to sell their unopened NVIDIA card packs.
Pay no more than $20 per unopened card pack.
Initially purchase no more than 5 packs, unless I approve a higher quantity through Airtasker chat.
Send me clear photos of every collected pack, including the front, back and sealed condition.
Include a handwritten verification code provided by me in the photos.
Keep a simple record showing the number of packs obtained, the price paid for each pack and the approximate time of purchase.
Do not repeatedly queue, use another person’s badge, pressure attendees, interfere with the giveaway area, or violate QuakeCon or NVIDIA rules.
Carefully package all collected cards and ship them to the address I provide.
Shipping video requirement
Before shipping, you must record a clear video showing:
All collected card packs together
The condition and quantity of the packs
The cards being placed into protective packaging
The package being sealed
The shipping label attached to the sealed package
The sealed package being delivered to USPS, UPS or FedEx, where filming is permitted
If filming inside the carrier location is not permitted, record the sealed and labeled package immediately before drop-off, then provide the carrier receipt and active tracking number.
Do not record other attendees or shipping employees without their permission.
Payment
Base labor payment: $50
Success bonus: $5 for each unopened card pack collected
Card purchase reimbursement: up to $20 per pack
QuakeCon admission ticket: paid or reimbursed by me with proof of purchase
Reasonable packing materials and shipping costs: paid or reimbursed by me with receipts
The $50 base payment covers arriving before opening, entering the event promptly and making a genuine effort to locate and collect the cards.
All expenses must be approved in advance through Airtasker chat. Do not exceed the approved number of packs or approved spending limit.
The task is complete after:
All collected packs have been documented
The packing and shipping video has been provided
The package has been accepted by the carrier
A valid tracking number and shipping receipt have been uploaded
