Pan-India Agarbatti Distribution Partnership
Budget: ₹6,000 – ₹9,000 INR
My premium agarbatti brand is ready to expand nationwide. The immediate goal is to place our sticks in traditional kirana and puja stores across every state, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. I need an experienced distribution partner who already services these outlets, understands regional demand patterns, and can handle order fulfilment, warehousing, and credit cycles at scale.
Scope of work
• Design and execute a roll-out plan that covers all Indian states within an agreed timeline.
• Secure shelf space in traditional stores, manage stock rotation, and arrange in-store visibility materials.
• Oversee logistics, GST-compliant billing, and timely reporting of sales figures.
Deliverables
1. State-wise distributor.
2. Signed retailer onboarding list for each territory.
3. Weekly sales & inventory reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
Acceptance criteria
• At least 1,000 traditional outlets onboarded in the first quarter.
• Out-of-stock instances kept below 5 % per state.
• Transparent reconciliation of payments and returns every month.
Experience with FMCG distribution, agarbatti or related fragrance products, and an existing pan-India network will be a strong plus. Flexibility to integrate online channels later is welcome, but the current focus remains squarely on traditional retail.
