Pack Five Auction Books Manhattan

I have just won five large, heavy art books that are still sitting at an auction house in Manhattan. Before FedEx arrives for pickup, they must be boxed professionally so they travel safely.

What I need you to do
• Visit the auction house at the agreed-upon time.
• Bring a strong, double-wall cardboard box, plenty of bubble wrap, and clean packing paper—those materials are not available on-site.
• Wrap each volume individually, adding extra protection along the edges while keeping the spines perfectly supported and upright.
• Cushion any remaining gaps, seal the carton securely, write the FedEx shipping label I provide, and leave the box with the front desk for courier collection.
• Snap a few quick photos of the packing stages and the sealed carton so I have a visual record.

Key handling note: keep every spine perfectly intact; no bending or stacking that could stress the bindings.

You must already live or work in Manhattan so the quick in-person visit is convenient. The whole task should take no more than an hour once you arrive, so please quote for a single visit including materials. I’ll supply the contact name at the auction house and the FedEx label as soon as we confirm.
