Logistics & Trade Operations Support
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I run a busy trade operation that moves goods both domestically and internationally, and I need an extra pair of highly-organized hands to keep every shipment on schedule. The key focus is logistics coordination, yet you will also dive deep into export-import essentials: compiling flawless documentation, liaising with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, and keeping every tracking milestone visible in real time.
Day-to-day you will own a live purchase and shipment tracker (Excel, Google Sheets, or an ERP module if you are comfortable), chase down missing information before it becomes a delay, and file commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and compliance paperwork so they are audit-ready at any moment. I will look to you to flag risks early, then propose and execute the fix rather than waiting for instructions.
Deliverables I expect:
• A continuously updated tracker with ETA, mode, incoterms, cost codes, and next action owner
• A complete digital folder of shipment documents uploaded no later than 24 hours after receipt
• A concise weekly status brief highlighting bottlenecks, customs issues, and any cost overruns
Acceptance criteria: zero documentation discrepancies, on-time updates, and proactive communication that prevents rather than reports delays.
If you thrive on structure, accuracy, and decisive follow-up, I’m ready to integrate you into our workflow right away.
