Large Parcel Delivery Across Germany

I need someone to pick up a package (old radio) from backnang, Germany (tomorrow Monday, or at most Tuesday)
Then there are 2 options:

Option 1: deliver it to my friend in Gostingen, Luxembourg (door to door delivery)

OR
Option 2: pack it properly and send it by cheapest mail available to United Arab Emirates (national mail or sea freight)

The radio details:
Weight: 15 kg
Dimensions: 70×40×40 cm
