Job Description:
We are an international logistics company based in India, looking for a local assistant or freelancer in Indonesia to help us collect information about shipping lines and freight forwarders who offer competitive rates from Indonesia to India.
Your main task will be to visit or contact major shipping lines (such as Maersk, CMA CGM, MSC, ONE, Evergreen, etc.) and ask which freight forwarders or agents usually file their best rates for shipments from Indonesia to India.
You will then compile this information in a simple Excel or Google Sheet.
Responsibilities:
Visit or contact shipping line offices (in Jakarta, Surabaya, or other main port cities).
Ask for the names and contact details of their top freight forwarders or agents handling India trade.
Collect business cards, emails, phone numbers, and company names.
Summarize the findings in a structured list or Excel file.
Communicate progress regularly over WhatsApp or email.
Requirements:
Based in Jakarta
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Confident to visit offices and ask for business information.
Basic Excel or Google Sheet skills.
Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or export-import is a plus.
Duration & Payment:
Short-term assignment (1–2 weeks).
Payment per location visited or per list submitted.
Bonus for verified and quality contacts.
