International Pharma Export Specialist
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Our export pipeline for finished and bulk pharmaceuticals is expanding fast, and the next step is to put day-to-day deal-making in expert hands. The assignment centres on driving end-to-end export transactions with partners across North America, Europe and Asia, keeping every negotiation on schedule, on spec and fully documented.
Scope of work
• Take ownership of live inquiries, shape commercial terms, and close agreements that protect margin while meeting local compliance needs.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and regulatory agents so that product moves without delay.
• Keep all stakeholders updated through concise weekly summaries that flag risks, shipment status and cash-flow milestones.
Key requirements
• A proven track record negotiating international pharmaceutical contracts—please cite the largest or most complex deal closed.
• Deep familiarity with INCOTERMS, HS codes and country-specific import rules in the three regions named.
• Confident communication style and the persistence to see a deal through multiple approval layers.
Deliverables
1. Signed contracts or firm purchase orders for the first batch of allocated leads.
2. A brief post-deal report outlining negotiation steps, decision points and lessons learned.
3. A template timeline/checklist that the wider export team can reuse for subsequent transactions.
Success will be measured by the speed and profitability of the first three completed shipments, plus clarity of the handover documents you create for our internal team.
