International Mixed-Goods Truck Loading

My fleet leaves half-empty far too often, so I need a resourceful professional who can consistently locate mixed goods overseas, negotiate the deal, and make sure those products are sitting on my trucks ready for the road.

Here is what the work involves:

1. Source suitable international loads that fit the open space and weight limits I will share each week.
2. Confirm availability, pricing, and pick-up schedules with suppliers, securing all paperwork (invoices, packing lists, customs docs).
3. Coordinate with my on-site team so loading runs smoothly and complies with local regulations.
4. Report back with a load sheet showing commodity, volume, supplier contact, and load status for every truck.

I already have shipping lines and customs brokers in place; what I lack is someone with the network and negotiation skills to keep the trailers full. Experience in global procurement, freight forwarding, or 3PL would be a strong advantage, and fluency in English plus any major exporting-country language will help you succeed.
