The task involves optimizing an already developed area with existing warehouse buildings to make the most efficient use of the remaining land. You should have a solid understanding of building orientation, vehicle circulation, topography, drainage, and infiltration — so the final plan represents a realistic, functional concept.

- Develop a comprehensive site plan showing:
- Placement of new warehouse buildings (optimized for maximum land utilization)
- Roads, driveways, and parking areas for efficient logistics flow
- Water drainage systems, considering the site’s topography and natural slopes
- Landscaping and utility zones
One section of the property is already designated for a container customs storage zone (temporary storage / bonded area). This area’s position is fixed due to a future rail connection.
Design Considerations
The plan must account for the site’s existing terrain to optimize:
- Building orientation and accessibility
- Traffic and maneuvering areas
- Surface drainage and infiltration
- Functional separation of operations
