We are planning on expanding our ecommerce store into India and we're looking for a custom solution. We're currently getting around 50 orders per day from India but we're having difficulty with last mile delivery since we have no physical office in india.
We need someone who can help us with receiving customers orders and forwarding to the customer with local courier. We also want to offer customers COD. We have no india bank account and we'll need the money collected from COD to be sent to us via international bank transfer or PayPal regularly.
The process would work like the following
1. Indian Customer places an order
2. We will process the order and send it to you.
3. Once received, the item should be packed and booked with local courier to be sent out for delivery in India
There will also be some admin work such as managing the dashboard for india orders and contacting customers when needed.
We are looking for a individual/company that we can work with long term.
