I’m looking for one partner who can take my residential project from concept sketches all the way through to finished interiors and logistics.
The apartment block needs a cohesive look across the living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and even the outdoor areas, so I’ll rely on you for furniture layouts, paint palettes, wall-art sticker concepts and a full lighting scheme—including complete wiring diagrams. 3-D visualisations and detailed CAD drawings will be essential for sign-off.
Because the design centres on illuminated features, I also need custom LED boards specified, sourced and shipped. After fabrication you’ll arrange lorry transport to the site, then organise export consignments for overseas customers. That export scope covers the LED boards themselves as well as occasional loads of raw minerals, groceries and rice, so familiarity with Incoterms, customs paperwork and packing lists is important.
