Freight Load Acquisition Team
Budget: $14 – $30 NZD
I'm launching a freight company in New Zealand's South Island, starting from Christchurch. I need a small, proactive team to secure full loads for my trips to various cities and back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor load boards, freight matching platforms, and social media groups.
- Keep an eye on car rental companies, caravan hire, and general marketplaces for additional revenue streams.
- Think outside the box for new avenues.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in logistics or freight management.
- Proficiency in using load boards and online platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Compensation will be commission-based per load, with potential bonuses for well-organized, profitable loads. Looking for motivated individuals to help build a successful operation.
Each load has a 4sqm deck to full and an 8sqm trailer to full. Each load needs to make $13.00 per square meter per hour of travel time. Which is a total of $160 per hour per load or per 80km distance traveled. The loads can be from christchurch to any other south island, new zealand. City. As long as all 12sqm available space is full there and back. Once trailer and deck are booked. Anything else that u can find to or from or along the way that can fit inside my ute, or on the roof or in any small gaps can also be booked. I will pay a commission of $10 per load per hour. Any extra income in the load above the 160 per hr min required will earn a bonus of 30% of what ever extra there is. So 190hr load ud make $20 commission 250 hr load u make 40
