Freight Forwarding Ops Consultant
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m building a digital product for freight forwarders and I need someone who truly runs day-to-day operations to sanity-check my approach. Your hands-on knowledge of booking, document processing and customs clearance is what I’m after; theory alone won’t cut it.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• One or more video calls where you walk me through the real-world flow for booking a shipment, preparing and exchanging documents (BL, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.) and clearing customs.
• A short written summary that highlights the critical steps, common pitfalls and data points I must capture in the platform.
• Quick feedback on low-fidelity wireframes or workflow diagrams I’ll share between sessions.
Acceptance criteria
• All three areas—booking, docs, customs—are covered with clear, actionable notes.
• Your feedback directly references live systems or SOPs you have used, not generic process charts.
• I walk away with at least one validated process map and a checklist of required fields/documents that can be handed to my dev team.
