Free Trade Zone Export Officer
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need an experienced Export Officer to take charge of our food-product shipments moving through a Free Trade Zone on a 3–6-month contract. Your main focus will be Asia, where we already have established buyers waiting for timely deliveries.
Here’s what I expect you to handle:
• Manage all export documentation—from commercial invoices and packing lists to health certificates—so every file is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
• Coordinate daily with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and our trade partners to keep cargo flowing without delays.
• Ensure full compliance with local FTZ procedures as well as international food-safety and export regulations, flagging any gaps and advising on fixes before they become problems.
Success in this role means zero shipment holds, clear communication across the supply chain, and documentation that passes inspection the first time. If you have a solid track record exporting food products into Asian markets and you’re comfortable navigating Free Trade Zone requirements, I’m ready to onboard you immediately.
