I’m looking for entry-level support to keep tabs on flatbed loads hauling heavy machinery. Your main focus will be simple, reliable load tracking—updating shipment status in real time, noting key milestones, and alerting me if anything slips off schedule.

I already handle route planning and direct carrier communication, so you’ll only need to maintain the tracking sheet or TMS, pull location pings, and send brief progress summaries. Accuracy and quick responses are more important than deep industry experience; I’ll provide all templates and access credentials.

If you prove dependable, I may expand the role to include route planning or carrier calls later, but for now the scope stays lean and straightforward.
