Export Partner for Basmati Rice
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have secured reliable sources of premium Basmati rice in India and now need an export-trade professional who can take the grain from warehouse to wholesale buyers in Europe and the Middle East. I’m looking for true end-to-end support, not just a brokered introduction.
Here is what the collaboration should cover:
• Regulatory guidance — walk me through the exact export regulations, HS codes, documentation, and compliance checkpoints (EU and GCC standards, INCOTERMS 2020, FSSAI, phytosanitary, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Market intelligence — develop and share a workable list of qualified wholesale buyers, distributors, and importers, including buying volumes, price expectations, and contact decision-makers.
• Logistics blueprint — map port-to-port shipping, freight rates, container booking, insurance, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery so the first consignment moves without delays.
• Buyer onboarding — handle the first outreach, negotiate terms, draft sales contracts or L/C documents, and set up a repeatable onboarding process I can run independently after the hand-off.
I expect transparent knowledge transfer along the way: templates of the documents you draft, a concise playbook of the steps you follow, and quick walkthrough calls so I can replicate the process for future orders.
Successful delivery is reached when at least two vetted wholesale buyers from Europe or the Middle East confirm purchase intent (via LOI, PO, or signed contract) and the export workflow, including logistics and compliance checklists, is handed over in editable format (Word/Excel/CRM export).
If you already work with rice, grains, spices, or FMCG exports and can prove past shipments, we can start immediately.
