Event coordination in person at a Golf Course in Dublin, CA

I am looking for a freelancer to help coordinate a golf event that I am planning for October 21st. This is for a charity. I need help coordinating the venue to take care of logistically, welcome guests etc. Pretty light work. Not much experience required. Welcoming personality and coordination skills are needed. About 6-7 hours form 9 am to about 3 pm.
