Entry-Level Logistics Field Executive

Daily on-ground coordination keeps our supply chain running smoothly. To support our Bengaluru hub, I need an entry-level Field Executive who can actively manage logistics operations while maintaining positive customer interactions.

What the role covers
• Oversee pick-ups, drop-offs, and hub transfers, updating our system in real time
• Plan and adjust city routes to avoid delays and cut fuel costs
• Meet customers at delivery points, resolve issues on the spot, and collect feedback for the operations team
• Relay status reports and escalate exceptions before they affect service levels

Essential skills
• Confident route-planning across Bengaluru’s major and secondary roads
• Clear, friendly communication in person and over the phone; Kannada and basic English preferred
• Basic smartphone/app proficiency for live tracking, POD uploads, and chat support
