Docloop is a logistics industry, early-stage startup - a B2B service that digitally facilitates document exchanges & regulation among European companies, funded by a significant player from the market.
**ROLE** ??♀️
We are looking for an EDI integrator with knowledge of CargoWise to lead the operations with one of our main clients. You will be:
- Leading and handling connections between our external and internal commercial partners
- Assuring, analyzing and optimizing the performance and availability of these connections
- Leading discussions with these partners and being their contact point
- Solving dysfunctions and issues
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
**PROFILE**
- Experience with EDIFACT and XML norms
- Experience with CargoWise ERP
- Experience with transfer protocols such as (s)FTP, API, as2, etc.
- Knowledge of modern automations such as order processing, billing, stock management, e-commerce, etc.
- Speaking French
- Communicative, leader skills, taking initiatives
