Customs Clearance in Bursa

I have a personal shipment that arrived in Bursa, Turkey and has been directed to:
Bursa Ticaret İl Müdürlüğü – Organize Sanayi Bölgesi (OSB)
for manual pickup after inspection.

The package contains very simple personal items:
Used clothing (5 jackets) + 1 book — a gift for my daughter, not commercial goods.

My daughter attempted to collect the package but could not finalize the process.

Visit the specified location (OSB, Bursa)
