Collect & Ship Bull Ant Colonies

I have several live Myrmecia (“bull ant”) colonies housed in test-tube set-ups that must be collected from my friend's home and sent to my house in a different state. The colonies are notoriously aggressive, so calm, confident handling is essential, yet they must always be kept at room temperature and out of direct sunlight from the moment you pick them up until the parcel is accepted by Australia Post.

Here’s the workflow I need you to follow:

• Pick the colonies up from my friend's residential address on the agreed day and time, ensuring the tubes stay flat and doesn't roll around on your mode of transport.
• Cushion every test tube in bubble wrap, wrap it tightly around the tube without twisting the tube multiple times, surround them with loosly scrunched newspaper and seat the lot in a strong, medium-sized Australia Post cardboard box.
SHIP ON MONDAY ONLY!!! DEFNITELY NOT WEEKENDS OR ANY OTHER DAY!!
Tell the aus post people that it's a wine shipment and they'll stick a 'wine, handle with care' stiker on there, make sure they do that.
• Seal, label and lodge the parcel over the counter for Express Post so it goes out the same day.
• Send me the tracking receipt immediately after lodgement.

I’ll supply the address label and any necessary paperwork; you supply the safe hands and the packing materials mentioned above.

Deliver the ants safely, provide the tracking number, and the job is complete.
