UK Clothing Fulfilment Partner Needed

I run a small clothing label and want to keep my stock within the UK so customers receive their parcels quickly and returns stay simple. Each month I expect anywhere between one and fifty orders, so this is steady work rather than high-volume warehousing. I’m looking for a reliable partner who can:

• Receive incoming boxes of finished garments, check counts and store them safely.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders as they come in, offering both standard and express shipping options and uploading tracking details straight after drop-off.
• Handle returns: open the parcel, inspect the item, log the reason code I provide, and restock or quarantine it depending on condition.
• Keep a live inventory count and send me a quick weekly snapshot so I never oversell.

My store platform can export orders in CSV or connect via Shopify’s fulfilment API—let me know which route suits your setup. Packaging materials can be supplied by you or shipped in by me; just tell me your preference. The space requirement is small at first (roughly two clothing rails or a few shelving bays), but I want a partner who can scale with me if things take off.

If you already ship apparel and have Royal Mail, DPD or a similar carrier on hand for both services, that’s ideal. Please outline your location, the software you use for label generation, and the turnaround time you can guarantee from order drop to parcel hand-off.
