China Repackaging & Consolidation Agent

I routinely purchase small-to-mid-size batches of electronics from several suppliers across China and need a reliable partner on the ground who can receive all shipments, inspect basic condition, and neatly repack them into consolidated cartons before handing everything off to my local China–based freight forwarder.
Here is what I’m after:
• Receive inbound parcels from multiple vendors, verify quantities and exterior condition.
• Provide short photo report on any damage or discrepancy.
• Safely remove excess retail packaging, add protective material as needed, and relabel cartons under one master shipping mark.
• Consolidate orders into as few export boxes as practical while keeping each item type separated inside.
• Store goods for up to a few days while the final pieces arrive, then coordinate pick-up with my forwarder within China (no international shipping required on your side right now).
The products are consumer electronics, so ESD-safe handling and clean workspace are essential.
Please confirm your warehouse location, daily cut-off times for courier drop-off/collection, and any value-added services you can provide (e.g., barcode labeling, small function tests). Photographic evidence and clear communication in English or Spanish are must-haves.
