I want to connect my reproduction factory in China with a wider sales and logistics network so we can reach new markets, slash internal waste, and introduce real-time tracking and reporting across every shipment.
Scope of work
• Build or integrate an information-rich platform that docks our factory data with logistics partners, distributors, and sales channels.
• Analyse current workflows and pinpoint waste; redesign the process so material loss and idle time drop measurably.
• Set up dashboards and automated reports that show inventory levels, shipment status, and delivery performance in real time.
• Document the new workflow and train my local team so they can operate and maintain the system confidently.
• Provide responsive after-sales support for any issues or optimisation requests we raise once the solution is live.
Key goals
• Expand market reach by giving partners clean, shareable data and faster onboarding.
• Reduce waste on the production line through tighter inventory control and smarter scheduling.
• Deliver end-to-end shipment visibility, from factory gate to customer receipt.
