CDL Drivers & Reefer O/O Needed
Budget: $60 – $65 USD
I’m expanding my long-haul refrigerated freight lanes and need reliable CDL professionals to keep temperature-sensitive cargo moving smoothly across the country. The work is strictly over-the-road, so expect multi-day runs that can span several states before you’re back at home base.
You’ll be handling full-truckload shipments with your own well-maintained refrigerated unit (or one of ours if you’re a company driver). Freight is pre-planned to minimize deadhead miles, and every load requires diligent temperature monitoring, accurate ELD logging, and prompt communication in case of route changes or delays. I cover fuel advances, offer quick-pay on completed, signed BOLs, and schedule layover or detention pay whenever applicable.
Key deliverables
• On-time pickup and delivery within agreed transit windows
• Continuous temperature control with downloadable reefer data at delivery
• Clean, compliant driver and equipment logs submitted at the end of each trip
If you’re an owner-operator, I’ll supply consistent freight and handle all dispatching so you can focus on driving and maintaining your rig. Company drivers will be assigned late-model tractors paired with 53' reefers.
