Consistent on-time delivery directly drives the incentive component, so reliability and pace count.
Must-haves
• Valid driving license (two-wheeler or LMV, as applicable)
• Prior experience in delivery services—courier, e-commerce, food, or similar
• High-school diploma (or equivalent)
Success markers
• 100 % scan compliance and delivery confirmation for each package
• Less than 0.5 % return-to-origin rate per month
• Positive customer feedback captured through the Blue Dart handheld app
