Key Responsibilities:
- Assign loads to drivers, focusing on Full Truckload (FTL) shipments
- Update and maintain tracking sheets using Excel or Google Sheets
- Plan and optimize routes for timely deliveries
- Handle delays and resolve any issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with customers via WhatsApp, Email, and Phone
- Utilize dispatch tools with a preference for automated load assignment features

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in logistics or dispatching, particularly within the U.S. trucking industry
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
