Bilingual Remote Trucking Dispatcher Needed

I am seeking an experienced remote dispatcher to join our trucking logistics team. The role involves managing loads, scheduling drivers, tracking deliveries, and effectively communicating with clients and drivers in both English and Spanish. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assigning loads to drivers and updating tracking sheets
- Planning and optimizing routes for efficiency
- Handling delays and resolving issues promptly
- Communicating with customers primarily via WhatsApp, as well as Email and Phone
- Utilizing dispatch tools or Microsoft Excel for operations

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in the U.S. trucking industry, specifically in managing loads, scheduling drivers, route planning, and issue resolution
- Proficiency in specific dispatch software, Microsoft Excel, and communication tools like WhatsApp
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule, preferably within U.S.-based time zones
