Bilingual Logistics Shipping Coordinator / full time
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need help coordinating the end-to-end shipments from North-American to overseas. Day-to-day you will source carriers, secure space, book pick-ups, track movements, and keep everyone—customers, and our internal team—updated in both French and English.
Most of the freight moves by truck from our depot to the main port and then switches to sea fright for final delivery, so you should already be comfortable negotiating with ocean lines and trucking companies, checking schedules, and chasing documents such as BLs and CMRs. Inventory management or customs brokerage isn’t part of this assignment; I’m focused purely on smooth, on-time shipping coordination.
Success for me looks like:
• confirmed sailings and trucking slots that hit the promised delivery window
• rapid problem-solving when vessels roll, trucks are delayed,
