I’m looking for a seasoned logistics partner based in Japan who can take a 40 kg consignment of Pocari Sweat powder all the way to Amazon FBA Italy—cleanly, compliantly, and duty-paid.
Here’s the flow I need you to handle end-to-end:
• Procurement & Receiving
You will both purchase and receive the 40 kg of product in Japan, confirming lot numbers and expiry dates match Amazon food-category requirements before it moves any further.
• FBA Preparation
I don’t yet have detailed SKU or box-label files, so I’ll rely on you to follow Amazon’s latest FBA food and consumables guidelines, generate the correct FNSKU/box labels in Seller Central, and apply them exactly as required. If carriers insist, feel free to split the load into two 20 kg cartons—just keep everything inside Amazon’s weight and dimension thresholds.
• International Shipping
Preferred mode is air freight. The shipment must move under DDP terms (or an equally bullet-proof arrangement) so it clears Italian customs without Amazon receiving unexpected duties or paperwork. Please outline the airline or courier channels you normally use for similar runs and confirm they accept powdered beverages.
• Confirmation & Tracking
I’ll need tracking numbers uploaded in Seller Central the moment the cartons leave your facility and proof-of-delivery once they are checked in at the Italian fulfilment centre.
