Bangalore Last-Mile Delivery Vehicle Demo

For the next four weeks I’m running a hands-on demo of our new last-mile delivery vehicle in South Bangalore, serving nearby supermarkets and quick-service restaurant chains. I’ll have one to two vehicles on the road each day and the core goal is simple: capture honest, actionable customer feedback about how well the vehicle meets real-world delivery needs.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Coordinate the daily test-drive schedule with store and restaurant managers.
• Ride along when required, observe operations, and note issues or highlights in real time.
• Collect structured feedback from staff and end customers—convenience, load handling, curb-side manoeuvrability, and overall satisfaction.
• Summarise insights each evening (short log) and deliver a consolidated report at the end of week four that includes themes, quotes, photos or short clips, and clear recommendations.

Basic tools—Google Sheets or Excel for logs, and a phone camera for quick snapshots—are fine. Prior experience in field research, vehicle trials, or last-mile logistics will help you get up to speed fast.
