Role & responsibilities
Fully conversant with international shipping Incoterms evolving towards an integrated, multimodal, door-to-door logistics approach.
Has dealt with all the major shipping lines - MSC, CMA- CGM, Hapag Llyod, Maersk etc. as well as freight forwarders and nomination agents.
Freight negotiation skill, Maintaining freight data, Freight Bill passing & dispute resolution.
Handling Ex- works, FOB. C & F , CIF , DAP, DDU, DDP shipments in its full lifecycle. knowledge including ISF filing, shipping bill amendments, transmission of shipping bill on DGFT portal, EGM filings Order processing through WEB EDI.,etc.is critical to us and hands on experience of monitoring, and resolving the issues is important.
Domestic supply chain, LR Copy, Create Manage E-Way Bill
Knowledge of Export under Advance authorization & Duty Draw back scheme, RODTEP scheme to ensure correct filing of shipping bills. Advance Authorization Application, monitoring export obligation and Closure.
Operations planning which will involve Interacting with Marketing/Sales, plant production and warehousing teams, Production Planning, Dispatch planning team.
Maintain records of vouchers, e-invoices, export invoices, payments, etc
Handling day-to-day accounting
Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
Handling all banking related works
Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
Handling and filling GSTR1 and GSTR3B
Preparing profit and loss statements
Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and
conducting all other accounting activities
Handling petty cash
Reconciliation of bank and GSTR2B
Disbursement of salary to employees.
Raising POs, Receipt note, Purchase Entry and Inventory Management.
