Garage lock needs drilling to remove and replace

I have literally lost my garage key and want to open my garage door and have the lock replaced. I have been quoted 200 to drill the lock away and replace it with a simple lock. This is too much. The lock is anti-pick so can't be opened without drilling
Willing to pay up to £120 for whole job
