Somebody to post packages for me in a cheap shipping country

I am looking for somebody to post packages for me in a cheap shipping country. I want the packages sent from China, India or Pakistan and need them tracked. I have more than 200 packages needing to be shipped. I'm looking for someone who is reliable, has a good track record, and can get the packages to their destination securely and quickly. What I need:
Somebody who can put the packages in a tube, bring them to a post office, and has the labels printed. Bonus points if you can also provide me with a quote from a cheap local printing company.

Please provide me with a total quote of the shipping costs, and (potentially) the costs of printing these posters.
