Location: Meibergdreef 15,1105 AZ Amsterdam.
You have to be there on behalf of us to verify applicant Education certificate for employment purposes. For this, I will provide you applicant's Education certificate, authority letter, our authority letter authorizing you to visit said place. you have to fill, sign and stamp this form from the designated person whose job is to verify applicant's certificate e.g., Student Affairs department etc
