Job scope & Requirement:

◾ this is desktop internet research work
◾ the media researcher will be provided with a list of companies and individuals to conduct research on all local and national news media (native language and English)

Example of worthy and relevant news:

Company
▪ Significant news in last 5 years, eg.
- merger & acquisition
- court (legal) actions (either as plaintiff and/or defendant)
- new business/project announcement
- changes in organization structure, including change of shareholders, board of directors, key executives, etc.
- major announcement on the company as well as related companies

Individual
- relationship with the CEO/President/Chairman
- list of immediate family members
- age
- court (legal) actions (either as plaintiff and/or defendant)
- significant news on the individual as well as related family members

Skillsets:
experienced in internet research, preferably business-related
strong in both local and English language proficiency
