help me use my laptop as a second monitor for my primary laptop

I am trying to connect my older wind 11 laptop to be used as an second (external) monitor for my new win 11 laptop via usb C cable. I follow the instructions online but have not figured out a way yet. My new laptop does not recognize it. The old laptop is a Samsung np950qdb and the new laptop is a dell xps 15.
