I am seeking a skilled freelancer to assist with the automation of my villa home using KNX devices and ETS tools. The project requires expertise in the following areas:
Lighting Control:
- Implementing a comprehensive lighting control system throughout the villa
- Ensuring seamless integration with the existing electrical infrastructure
- Programming and configuring lighting scenes and schedules for different rooms and areas
HVAC Control:
- Collaborating with existing HVAC systems to enable remote control and automation
- Optimizing energy efficiency through intelligent temperature and humidity management
- Developing a user-friendly interface for managing HVAC settings
Security and Surveillance:
- Integrating surveillance cameras and alarm systems for enhanced security
- Designing a centralized monitoring system for real-time surveillance
- Setting up remote access and notifications for security events
KNX Device Recommendations:
- Assessing the existing KNX devices and determining compatibility and functionality
- Recommending new devices for areas that require automation
- Providing guidance on the selection and installation of KNX devices
Automation in Multiple Rooms:
- Implementing automation features in more than 7 rooms within the villa
- Customizing automation solutions based on the specific requirements of each room
- Ensuring seamless communication and synchronization between different automation systems
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in KNX

Skill transfer is required for ETS software operations.
