Property Networking design and install

I have a large property in the hills district of Sydney (Annangrove) I’m looking for a network expert to design and install a property wifi and cell phone network . I have starlink equipment a week away from arriving and I need the network to cover 3-4 acres on wifi & cell phone . I have a week signal but there are Telstra towers close so a link to one of those towers from my roof would provide network redundancy for starlink . I curreyyntly have a large barn complex and an dressage arena getting built soon , so I need a serious of repeater / wifi points that provide overall coverage full install and equipment . It’s always important to have good coverage across the a horse property for safety reasons Budget 30-50k .
