Networking Pro for Enhanced Home Broadband

I need a savvy network professional to help me combine my Sky broadband and EE 5G network for my home office. Prefer someone who can travel to Warwick, UK area.
Key Goals:
- Significantly increase internet speed
- Improve network reliability
The combined network needs to support seamless connectivity for up to 30 devices including:
- Computers
- Smartphones
- Smart TVs
- Gaming Consoles
- Other IoT devices
Ideal applicants should have in-depth experience with combining multiple networks and a strong understanding of how to optimize the setup for multi-device use within a home setting. An understanding of device-specific network requirements would be advantageous.

Currently I am running two separate networks. I use the EE 5g 300mbps for all wifi connections. I use sky 75mbps for a hardwired ethernet Lan. I want this to be one network. Sky network uses sky router SR203 and EE 5g network uses Huawei Outdoor Router H312-371 connected to Netgear Orbi SXR80 in AP mode with 4 satellites SXS80
I do not require any wifi improvement. I have a fab set up and great reception in all rooms.
Please note I am not looking for a fail solution where one internet source is redundant. I want to maximise my usage of both so more like a bonding solution please.
