Film Location Scouting

I'm looking for a skilled location scout to find me a range of both indoor and outdoor settings for an upcoming film production. The film will be set in various rustic small towns, a high school track, a barn, and a farm.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and researching suitable locations based on the given criteria
- Providing detailed information about the locations, including potential challenges
- Negotiating with property owners for access and permits
- Providing images and/or videos of the locations

Ideal candidates should have:
- Previous experience in location scouting
- Excellent research and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local areas with rustic small towns
- Ability to work within a budget
