Web-Based LLM Chatbot Development

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a web-based chatbot using Langchain and Chainlit. This project includes the integration of voice messages and utilizing a local server for the LLM.
We are looking to work with the developer on long term after one successful bot development.
A lot of the bot work involves function calling to external APIs and orchestrating such calls with regular llm calls to deliver high quality inferences.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proficiency in Langchain and Chainlit
- Experience with LLMs and server-based processing
- Familiarity with Groq
- Skills in voice recognition technology
