LLM-Powered High-Fidelity Resume Editing Tool

Project: LLM-Powered Resume PDF/DOCX Editing Tool (95%+ Visual Fidelity)

We are building a WhatsApp-based chatbot that can update user resumes (PDF/DOCX) automatically using LLM-powered content editing.
Our biggest requirement is a successful editing pipeline that maintains 95%+ visual fidelity, even for resumes containing images, logos, multi-column layouts, and complex formatting.

Currently, we tried converting PDF → JSON → PDF, but the layout breaks heavily, especially when images or logos exist.
We now want a fully working solution that can reliably edit resumes via LLM without breaking the design.

Your Task:
Before we hire you, we need to know what solution you can provide for this problem and how you plan to implement it (any technique, pipeline, libraries, or LLMs you will use).
If your approach is good, we will hire you to build this as a complete project.

What we want you to build

A backend tool that can:

Take a user's PDF or DOCX resume

Update the resume content via LLM (e.g., job title, summary, experience etc.)

Keep the design, margins, spacing, images, and formatting at 95%+ fidelity

Return the edited PDF/DOCX back to our WhatsApp chatbot

Must work automatically without manual template creation

Budget & Timeline

Budget: $50 – $150 (fixed)

Timeline: 1–2 days (maximum)
