Full-Stack Flutter Developer with AI Agent & API Integration Expertise

A. Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to help finalize our AI-powered application. The project involves completing both frontend and backend development, implementing advanced AI features including agent development, integrating with third-party services, and deploying the application initially as a web version, with future potential for iOS and Android deployments.

B. Project Status
Frontend development using Flutter is partially complete
Google Firebase setup has been initiated
Integration with Gemini 2.5 Pro is in progress
Some training data in JSON format has been prepared

C. Required Skills & Experience
1. Core Technical Requirements
• Full Stack Development: Strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, with a proven track record of building complete, production-ready applications
• Frontend Excellence: Advanced skills in UI/UX implementation, state management, responsive design, and frontend architecture using Flutter framework
• Backend Proficiency: Demonstrated experience building robust, scalable backend systems with appropriate data modeling, API design, and security implementation
• Flutter & Dart: Expert level experience developing applications using Flutter framework
• Firebase Ecosystem: Comprehensive knowledge of Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Firebase Hosting

2. API Integration Requirements
• ThirdParty API Integration: Proven experience integrating multiple external APIs into applications
• Cloud Storage Integration: Specific experience implementing Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar cloud storage APIs
• OAuth Implementation: Knowledge of secure authentication flows for third-party services
• API Documentation: Ability to develop clear documentation for API integrations
• Webhook Management: Experience with setting up and managing webhooks for real-time data synchronization

3. AI/ML Requirements
• AI Agent Development: Experience developing and training AI agents with advanced capabilities
• MCP Server Knowledge: Familiarity with Multi-Channel Processing servers and implementing them for AI applications
• Multimodal LLM Integration: Demonstrated experience working with large language models, particularly Gemini 2.5 Pro or similar multimodal LLMs
• Model Training: Ability to train and fine-tune AI models using structured data (JSON, etc.)
• Multimodal Input Processing: Proven capability to handle various input types, including:
o Live streaming
o PDF documents
o Text documents
o Video files
o Image files

4. Systems Implementation
• Authentication Systems: Expert knowledge in implementing secure user authentication systems
• Subscription Management: Experience with implementing payment gateways and subscription tiers
• Database Design: Strong skills in designing and optimizing database schemas and queries

D. Additional Qualifications
• English Fluency: Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Time Zone Compatibility: Candidates in or near the Eastern Time Zone (New York City) will be given preference
• Project References: Must be able to provide client references from previous projects
• Experience with web application deployment and optimization
• Understanding of AI/ML principles and implementation
• Knowledge of responsive design principles for cross-platform compatibility
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Project Responsibilities
1. Complete the frontend development using Flutter with emphasis on responsive design and user experience
2. Build and enhance backend architecture and APIs
3. Develop and train AI agents with specific capabilities for user interaction
4. Implement MCP server architecture for handling diverse input types
5. Integrate third-party services including Google Drive, Dropbox, and others in future phases
6. Enhance and optimize the Firebase backend implementation
7. Fix existing user authentication and account management functionality
8. Implement subscription plan management system
9. Further develop database structure and functionality
10. Assist with training and finetuning the LLM for specialized knowledge domain
11. Ensure robust support for multiple input types (documents, images, videos, etc.)
12. Deploy the application as a web version
13. Provide documentation for code and implementation
14. Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability
