L1 Support AI Agent POC with Local LLaMA

I'm seeking a freelancer to help create a Proof of Concept (POC) for an L1 Support AI agent using a lightweight, local version of the LLaMA model.This POC should demonstrate how the system can handle basic support queries locally, ensuring data privacy without cloud dependency.
Key Responsibilities:
- The AI agent should be capable of handling a variety of L1 support queries, including user access issues and system errors.
- It should be able to provide predefined answers based from our documentation and FAQs, offer step-by-step guidance for common problems, and suggest escalations for unresolved queries.
- The agent needs to maintain basic logs of chat sessions for future review.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in deploying and fine-tuning AI models, particularly LLaMA, on local systems.
- Experience in creating AI agents for customer support or troubleshooting queries.
- Ability to design a basic chat interface for testing purposes (web or desktop).
The project is particularly focused on:
- Using a lightweight AI model that can operate smoothly on a local system with limited resources.
- Fine-tuning the model with common L1 support queries to ensure effective troubleshooting.
- Ensuring the overall solution runs seamlessly, demonstrating the potential for an AI-based L1 support system.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with LLaMA or other open-source LLMs.
Basic understanding of L1 support processes.
