Chartlink expert to define dashboard and screeners

I am looking for a Chartlink expert to help define a dashboard and screeners for my project. The purpose of the dashboard and screeners is to analyze market trends. Specifically, I would like the dashboard to highlight specific stock prices. Additionally, I would like the dashboard to have an alert system for significant changes.
